To be honest, I think every person has a significant other. A REAL significant other. Someone put on this planet specifically for them. They won’t be your next door neighbor and they won’t just fall into your lap. I believe that once you are on the TRUE path in which you are destined to be on, you will run into your soul mate. However, each person has a different perspective of a soul mate, just like everything else, which is what makes our wold so fantabulous! I think my soulmate is a writer, just like myself. A screenwriter primarily.

Signs pointing towards a soul mate? Instant connections or bonds on any degree. Not necessarily sexual connections or even a form of attraction at first. Remember, your soul mate’s beauty will SPARK your mind beyond belief, based on what’s inside. Look for similarities in music, beliefs, personality, etc.

I thought I found my soulmate once. Truth is I was in search of love which made everything complicated. Boy did I get what I wished for. : /. And then some. But hey, all in all, I proved to myself and my friends that I could stay faithful for 2 years and be stupid enough to fall $3,000 into debt based on a lie. Ah, the journeys of life. But I believe it was the Chinese that said “The journey is the reward.” I completely agree… but that will be tomorrow’s post… struggle, failure, journeys… what defines a real loser… anyway back to soul mates…

As a male, I will be the first to admit that sexual thoughts are almost unpreventable. That being said, let me state that I make the conscious decision to control my actions, behavior and mannerisms, even when I have these sexual URGES or fantasies about people I know and meet…

but I believe you know you are on to something good… great… when not a sexual thought crosses your mind about someone. Not one? C’mon, there had to be one. Not one. Has that happened to you? Girls, die. I wasn’t talking to you :) For a guy, to look a girl, especially an angelic, almost exotic girl and be so fascinated by her personality that if someone asked you what you thought of her ass, you wouldn’t have the slightest idea. Or if her breasts seemed firm, or small or large and you couldn’t answer because you’ve paid it no attention…

Or this could be a sign that I’m gay. Kidding. I putt from the green, not the rough. We as people want to be loved. By everyone! But there’s no rushing true love. Whether I find it in two months or twenty years, the next time it presents itself I’m going to stare it right in the eye and say “Love… you’ve had your giggle, but I ain’t laughin.” Wow I am random. Basically to me that means I will never let love play me for a fool. Again.
